• No Creepy Tracking

Let's make this simple: Synapse is a security bot, not a data broker. We don't sell your data, we don't track your personal conversations, and we don't build hidden advertising profiles. Our single goal is protecting your server.

• Data We Do Collect (And Why)

Server Configurations: Things like your chosen prefix, module settings, and whitelist configurations. We need this so the bot functions as you configured it.
Audit Logs & Actions: When someone performs a high-risk action (like mass-banning), we log the Discord user ID and the action to determine if it's a threat and trigger the appropriate module.
Ticket Messages (If Enabled): If you use our ticketing system, we temporarily store transcripts so you can read them. They are deleted automatically if you choose to wipe the ticket.

• Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored on encrypted databases. We hold onto operational data only as long as necessary. If you decide to kick Synapse from your server, we will purge your server's unique configurations from our database routinely.

• Your Rights

You have the right to request a full wipe of your community's data at any time. Simply join our support server, open a ticket, and we'll ensure all traces of your server are completely deleted from our systems.
