Terms of Service

Plain English rules for using Synapse. No confusing jargon, just what you need to know.

• Basic Rules

By inviting Synapse to your Discord server, you agree to play fair. Our bot is designed to stop nukes and raids, not to be a weapon. Do not try to reverse-engineer, deliberately rate-limit, or abuse our infrastructure.

• Service Availability ("As-Is")

We work incredibly hard to maintain 99.9% uptime, but Synapse is provided "as is." We are not liable if the bot goes offline during a server attack, though our systems are built to heavily mitigate downtime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance as needed.

• Acceptable Use

You must not use Synapse in servers that violate Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
You may not try to overload or crash Synapse's database.
You are responsible for properly configuring the bot. We are not responsible if you give a rogue admin whitelist permissions.

• Termination of Service

If you abuse Synapse or violate these terms, we reserve the right to blacklist your server and user account from using the bot indefinitely. Play nice, and we'll keep your server secure.
